١٦٧٥٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا معتمر عن سلم بن أبي الذيال قال: كتب عمر بن عبد العزيز في اليتيمين: إذا زوجا وهما صغيران: إنهما بالخيار.
Hazrat Salm bin Abi Ziyal narrates that Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz wrote an order in a letter stating that if an orphan boy and an orphan girl are married off while they are minors, then upon reaching maturity, they have the choice (to continue or annul the marriage).
