Hadith 16689
١٦٦٨٩ - حدثنا وكيع أو غيره عن سفيان عن منصور عن إبراهيم قال: أدنى ما يكون في النكاح أربعة: الذي يتزوج والذي يزوج وشاهدين.
Ibrahim says that there must be at least four people present at a marriage: the one getting married, the one conducting the marriage, and two witnesses.
