Hadith 16686
١٦٦٨٦ - حدثنا معاوية بن هشام عن سفيان عن أبي يحيى عن رجل يقال له الحكم بن (ميناء) (١) عن ابن عباس (قال) (٢): أدنى ما يكون في النكاح أربعة: الذي يزوج والذي يتزوج وشاهدين (٣).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) says that there should be at least four people present at a marriage: the one who conducts the marriage, the one who marries, and two witnesses.
