Hadith 16681
١٦٦٨١ - حدثنا أبو خالد الأحمر عن حجاج عن الزهري عن عروة عن عائشة قالت: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "لا نكاح الا بولي والسلطان ولي من لا ولي له" (١).
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no marriage without the permission of a guardian, and whoever has no guardian, then the ruler is her guardian."
