Hadith 16675
١٦٦٧٥ - حدثنا (عبيد اللَّه) (١) بن موسى عن عثمان بن الأسود عن عمرو بن (أبي) (٢) سفيان قال: قال عمر: لا تنكح المرأة إلا بإذن وليها وإن نكحت عشرة أو بإذن سلطان (٣).
Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) says that even if a woman marries ten times, her marriage will only be valid with the permission of her guardian or the permission of the ruler.
