Hadith 16307
١٦٣٠٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو الأحوص عن منصور عن إبراهيم أو مجاهد قال: القانع الذي يقنع بما بعث إليه، والمعتر الذي يتعرض لك يسألك.
Ibrahim or Hazrat Mujahid says that "al-qani'" refers to the person who is content with what is sent to him (and does not ask for more), and "al-mu'tarr" refers to the person who comes before you and asks from you.
