Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

A woman was returning from Makkah Mukarramah. She passed by the place of Muqif and had not performed Qasr. Hazrat Ata, Hazrat Tawus, and Hazrat Mujahid said that Allah Almighty will not hold her accountable for forgetfulness. Hazrat Ibn al-Aswad and Hazrat Shabi said that she should perform Qasr and a Dam (sacrificial penalty) is obligatory upon her; her Hajj is complete.
