Hadith 16046
١٦٠٤٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن الربيع (عن) (١) قيس بن (سعد) (٢) عن ابن عباس قال: الصدقة تطوعًا، والصلاة والصوم والطواف إن شاء (أتم) (٣) وإن شاء قطع (٤).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with both of them) states that giving charity (as a voluntary act of worship), prayer, fasting, and circumambulation (if they are voluntary) — if you wish, you may complete them, and if you wish, you may discontinue them.
