فيمن ساق هديا واجبا فعطب أيأكل منه؟If Someone Drives a Sacrificial Animal for Obligation and It Becomes Exhausted, Can He Slaughter and Eat It?
Hadith 16041
١٦٠٤١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن (بشر) (١) قال: حدثنا سعيد بن أبي (عروبة) (٢) عن قتادة عن سنان (بن سلمة) (٣) عن ابن عباس أن (ذؤيبًا) (٤) الخزاعي حدث أن النبي ﷺ كان يبعث معه بالبدن، فيقول: "إذا عطِبَ منها شيء ⦗٢٨⦘ فخشيت عليه موتا فانحرها ثم اغمس نعلها في دمها ثم اضرب (بها) (٥) على صفحتها، ولا تطعم منها (أنت ولا أحد) (٦) من أهل رفقتك" (٧).
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that Hazrat Zuaib Al-Khuzai stated that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sent some camels with him and said: If any of these camels becomes exhausted from fatigue and there is a fear of its death, then slaughter it, then dip its shoe in its blood and place its feet towards the face. You and your companions in the group should not eat anything from it.
