فيمن ساق هديا واجبا فعطب أيأكل منه؟If Someone Drives a Sacrificial Animal for Obligation and It Becomes Exhausted, Can He Slaughter and Eat It?
Hadith 16039
١٦٠٣٩ - (حدثنا أبو بكر) (١) قال: (حدثنا) (٢) ابن علية عن (أبي) (٣) التياح عن موسى بن سلمة عن ابن عباس أن رسول اللَّه ﷺ بعث (بثمانى) (٤) عشرة بدنة مع رجل (فأمره) (٥) فيها بأمره فانطلق ثم رجع، فقال له: أرأيت إن ⦗٢٧⦘ (أزحف) (٦) علينا منها (شيء) (٧) قال: "انحرها، ثم اغمس نعلها في دمها واجعلها على صفحتها، ولا تأكل منها أنت ولا أحد من (أهل) (٨) رفقتك" (٩).
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sent a man with eighteen (18) camels and gave him instructions regarding them. He set off and then returned and said, and submitted, "What if any of these camels becomes exhausted on the way?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Slaughter it, dip its shoe in its blood, and place its foot towards the face. You and your companions should not eat from it (but the rest of the people may eat)."
