Hadith 16036
١٦٠٣٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن نمير عن عبد الملك عن عطاء في رجل ساق بدنة فعطبت، قال: يأكل ويطعم ويتصدق؛ لأن عليه البدل.
Hazrat Ata says regarding the person who drives a camel and then it becomes exhausted on the way, that he may eat from it, feed others, and also give it in charity, because now its replacement has become obligatory upon him.
