Hadith 15986
١٥٩٨٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن علية عن أيوب قال: نبئت عن مجاهد أنه (قال) (١): لا يحكم [على من أصاب الصيد (متعمدًا) (٢) إنما يحكم على من أصاب خطأ.
Ayyub narrates that it was reported that Hazrat Mujahid says: The ruling will not be applied to the one who hunts intentionally; the ruling will be applied to the one who does so by mistake. And it was reported that Hazrat Tawus says: The ruling will not be applied to the one who hunts by mistake; the ruling will be applied to the one who does so intentionally.
