Hadith 15745
١٥٧٤٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا الثقفي عن حبيب قال: سئل عطاء عن المجاور إذا أهل من مكة هل (يسعى) (١) الأشواط الثلاثة؟ قال: إنهم يسعون، فأما ابن عباس فإنه قال: إنما ذلك على أهل الآفاق.
Hazrat Ata was asked about the neighbor of the House of Allah (Ka'bah), that when he assumes Ihram from Makkah, will he perform Ramal in the three circuits? He replied that he will perform Ramal. However, Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) says that Ramal is for those who assume Ihram from outside and come (to Makkah).
