Hadith 15697
١٥٦٩٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو أسامة عن (عبيد) (١) اللَّه عن نافع عن ابن عمر أن رسول اللَّه ﷺ دخل الكعبة وأسامة بن زيد (وبلال) (٢) وعثمان بن طلحة فمكث في البيت فأطال، ثم دخل ابن عمر في أثره أول، الناس فسألت بلالًا: أين صلى رسول اللَّه ﷺ؟ قال: بين العمودين المقدمين، قال: ونسيت أن أسأله: كم صلى؟ (٣).
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) entered the Ka'bah. Hazrat Usama bin Zaid, Hazrat Bilal, and Hazrat Uthman bin Talhah were with him. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) stayed inside the Ka'bah for a while. After that, Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) was the first among the people to enter after him. I asked Hazrat Bilal, "Where did the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) offer the prayer?" Hazrat Bilal replied, "Between the two front pillars." The narrator says that I forgot to ask him how many rak'ahs the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) performed.
