Hadith 15687
١٥٦٨٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا علي بن مسهر عن عبيد اللَّه بن عمر عن عبد الرحمن بن القاسم عن أبيه قال: قال عمر: يا أهل مكة مالي أراكم مدهنين والحاج شعثًا غبرًا، إذا رأيتم هلال ذي الحجة فأهلوا (١).
Hazrat Umar said to the people of Makkah: What has happened that I see you people in comfort, whereas the pilgrims are in a disheveled state? When you see the crescent of Dhul-Hijjah, then enter into Ihram.
