Hadith 15473
١٥٤٧٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن قتادة أنه سئل عن رجل أهل بعمرة ثم غشي امرأته قبل أن يصل إلى البيت أنه قال: يرجعان إلى حدهما فيهلان بعمرة، ويتفرقان حتى يقضيا العمرة، وعليهما هديان.
Hazrat Qatadah was asked about a person who entered into the state of Ihram for Umrah and then had intercourse with his wife before performing Tawaf? He replied that both of them should return, enter into Ihram again, and remain separate from each other until the Umrah is completed, and both of them are required to offer a sacrifice.
