Hadith 15465
١٥٤٦٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن ابن أبي ليلى قال: سئل عطاء عن الصيد يوجد في الحل فيذبح في الحرم فقال: كان الحسن بن علي وعائشة وابن عمر يكرهونه (١).
It was asked from Hazrat Ata whether if a person catches game from outside the boundaries of Haram and then slaughters it within the boundaries of Haram, what is the ruling? He replied that Hazrat Hasan bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), and Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to dislike this.
