في الرجل يحج عن الرجل فيفضل معه الفضلةIf someone performs Hajj on behalf of another and others join him
Hadith 15395
١٥٣٩٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن إدريس عن هشام عن الحسن في الرجل يحج عن الرجل فيفضل معه، قال: يعلمهم فإن سلموه وإلا (رده) (١).
Hasan says that if a person performs Hajj on behalf of another and other people also join him, then he should inform them; if they agree, then it is fine, otherwise he should return it.
