Hadith 15309
١٥٣٠٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن مجاهد قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "مَكّةُ حَرَمٌ حرمها اللَّهُ لا يحل بيع رِباعها ولا إجارة بُيوتها" (١).
The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said: Allah Almighty has made Makkah Mukarramah sacred; selling its houses and renting them out is neither permissible nor lawful.
