١٥٠٦١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن شعبة عن الحكم عن عدي (ابن) (١) (عدي عن) (٢) أبيه قال: قال عمر بن الخطاب: من مات وهو موسر لم يحج، فليمت على أي حال شاء، يهوديًا أو نصرانيًا (٣).
Hazrat Umar narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever departs from this world without having performed the obligatory Hajj (Hajj of Islam), and he was not prevented by any illness, compulsion, or a tyrant ruler, then he may die in whatever state he wishes, whether as a Jew or as a Christian.
