١٥٠٥٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو الأحوص (سلام) (١) بن سليم عن ليث عن عبد الرحمن بن سابط قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "من مات ولم يحج حجة الإسلام لم يمنعه مرض حابس أو حاجة ظاهرة أو سلطان جائر فليمت على أي حال شاء يهوديا أو نصرانيًا" (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abdur Rahman bin Sabit that the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Whoever departs from this world without having performed the obligatory Hajj (Hajj of Islam), and he was not prevented by any illness, compulsion, or a tyrant ruler, then he may die in whatever state he wishes, whether as a Jew or as a Christian.
