في الرجل إذا دخل مكة بغير إحرام ما يصنع؟If someone enters Makkah without ihram, what should he do?
Hadith 14765
١٤٧٦٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا غندر عن أشعث عن الحسن: أنه سئل عن رجل جهل حتى دخل مكة (قال: إن كان) (١) عِظَمُ قوله: يهل من مكانه، وقد قال الحسن أيضا: يرجع إلى حده فيهل منه إلا أن يخشى الفوت، فإن خشي الفوت أهل من مكانه (ومضى) (٢) ولا شيء عليه.
Hasan was asked about a person who, out of ignorance, entered Makkah without Ihram. Most often, his opinion was that he should assume Ihram from that very place. Sometimes he would say that he should return to the Miqat and assume Ihram from there. However, if he fears missing Hajj, then he should assume Ihram from where he is, and there is nothing upon him.
