في الرجل إذا دخل مكة بغير إحرام ما يصنع؟If someone enters Makkah without ihram, what should he do?
Hadith 14763
١٤٧٦٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن حبيب عن إبراهيم ⦗٢٧٤⦘ في رجل دخل مكة لا حاجًا ولا معتمرًا وهو يخاف إن خرج إلى الوقت أن يفوته قال: يهل من مكانه ولم يذكر دمًا.
Ibrahim says regarding the person who enters Makkah neither for Hajj nor for Umrah, and he fears that if he goes back to the Miqat, he will miss it, then he should assume Ihram from that very place, and he did not mention any penalty (dam) for him.
