١٤٦٥٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن منصور عن مجاهد عن عبد اللَّه بن عمرو: أنه كان له فسطاطان: أحدهما في الحرم والآخر في (الحل) (١)، فإذا أراد أن يصلي صلى في الذي في الحرم، وإذا كانت له الحاجة إلى أهله جاء إلى الذي في الحل، فقيل له في ذلك، فقال: إن مكة (بكة) (٢) (٣).
Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) had two tents: one tent inside the Haram and the other tent outside the Haram. If he intended to perform prayer, he would pray in the tent that was inside the Haram, and if he had any domestic need, he would go to the tent that was outside the Haram. When he was asked about the reason for this, he said: "Indeed, Makkah is Makkah (worthy of respect and greatness)."
