Hadith 14647
١٤٦٤٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن مهدي عن شعبة عن الحكم في الرجل يعلم الرجل التلبية وهو حلال قال: لا بأس به.
It was asked from Hazrat Hakam that a person is not in the state of Ihram and he teaches Talbiyah to someone else. He replied that there is no harm in it.
