Hadith 1448
١٤٤٨ - حدثنا عيسى بن يونس عن (التيمي) (١) قال: سألت طاوسًا عن الجرح ⦗٢٨٨⦘ يكون بوجه الرجل، أو ببعض جسده عليه الدواء، (أو) (٢) الخرقة قال: إن خشي مسح على الخرقة، وإن لم يخش نَزَع الخِرْقة.
Hazrat Taimi says that I asked Hazrat Tawus about a wound that a person has on his face or any other limb, and there is medicine or a bandage on it, what is the ruling for ablution in this case? He replied: If there is a fear of harm, then wipe over it, and if there is no fear of harm, then remove it.
