١٤١٣٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا (عبيد اللَّه) (١) قال: أخبرنا إسرائيل عن أبي إسحاق عن حبشي (بن) (٢) جنادة قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: " (اللهم) (٣) اغفر للمحلقين"، قالوا: يا رسول اللَّه (والمقصرين؟) (٤) قال: "اللهم اغفر للمحلقين"، قالوا: يا رسول اللَّه وللمقصرين؟ قال: " (اللهم) (٥) اغفر للمقصرين" (٦).
It is narrated from Hazrat Hubshi bin Junadah that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) supplicated: O Allah! Forgive those who shave their heads. The companions said, O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! And for those who shorten their hair? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: O Allah! Forgive those who shave their heads. The companions said, O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! And for those who shorten their hair? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: And forgive those who shorten their hair as well.
