Hadith 14131
١٤١٣١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا يزيد قال: (أخبرنا) (١) محمد بن إسحاق عن ⦗١٢٢⦘ ابن أبي نجيح عن مجاهد عن ابن عباس قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "اللهم اغفر للمحلقين"، (قالها) (٢) ثلاثًا قال: فقالوا (٣): يا رسول اللَّه ما بال المحلقين ظاهرت لهم الترحم؟ قال: "إنهم لم يشُكُّوا" (٤).
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) supplicated thus: O Allah! Forgive those who have their heads shaved. He said this three times. The companions asked, O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! What is the reason that mercy has been expressed for those who have their heads shaved? He (peace and blessings be upon him) replied: Because they do not express pain or grief and are quick in complying with the command.
