Hadith 14126
١٤١٢٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: إذا اعتمر ولم يحج قط (فإن شاء) (١) قصر وإن شاء حلق.
Ibrahim says that when a person performs Umrah who has not performed Hajj before, then if he wishes, he may shave his head, and if he wishes, he may shorten his hair.
