Hadith 14120
١٤١٢٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن هشام عن الحسن في الذي لم يحج قط: إن شاء حلق وإن شاء قصر.
Hasan says regarding the person who has not performed Hajj before, that if he wishes, he may have his head shaved, and if he wishes, he may have his hair shortened.
