في الرجل يحج أو يعتمر (يجزئه) التقصيرIs shortening the prayer sufficient for the pilgrim or ‘umrah performer?
Hadith 14119
١٤١١٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: (حدثنا) (١) عبد الوهاب (عن) (٢) (حبيب) (٣) المعلم (عن عطاء) (٤) سئل عن الصرورة أيحلق أو يقصَّر؟ قال: (أي) (٥) ذلك (شاء) (٦) إن شاء حلق وإن شاء قصر.
It was asked from Hazrat Ata whether the person performing Hajj for the first time should shave his head or shorten his hair? He replied that it is his choice; if he wishes, he may shave his head, and if he wishes, he may shorten his hair.
