Hazrat Hakam states that if a person says, "On the day I did such-and-such act, I was in the state of ihram for Hajj," then if he is proven false, he will be considered as having been in the state of ihram for Hajj on that day. And if he says, "If I did not do such-and-such acts, then I will be in the state of ihram for Hajj," then if, after being proven false, he performs Hajj with the people, it will suffice.
