في الرجل يكون أهله بينه وبين الوقت من أين يهل؟Where should one don ihram if his family lives within the miqat?
Hadith 13925
١٣٩٢٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا سفيان بن عيينة عن ابن طاوس عن أبيه رفعه قال: من كان (أهله) (١) (دون) (٢) (الميقات) (٣) أهل من حيث ينشئ، حتى يأتي ذلك على أهل مكة (٤).
It is narrated from Hazrat Tawoos in a marfoo’ form that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever’s family resides within the miqat, he should enter into ihram from the place where he was born and raised, until he comes to the people of Makkah.
