Hadith 13864
١٣٨٦٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن فضيل عن ليث عن مجاهد في الرجل يكون محرما بحجة وعمرة وامرأته محرمة بحجة وعمرة فيقع عليها، قال: يمضيان (لحجهما) (١) وعمرتهما ويهريق كل واحد منهما دمًا، وعليهما العمرة والحج من قابل، ولا يمران بالمكان الذي أصابا فيه ما أصابا.
Hazrat Mujahid was asked that if a person assumes the Ihram for Hajj and Umrah, and his wife also assumes the Ihram for Hajj and Umrah, and then they have conjugal relations, he replied: Both should continue with their Hajj and Umrah, and each is required to offer a sacrifice, and in the following year, it is obligatory for them to perform Hajj and Umrah as compensation, and in the following year, they should not pass by the place where this incident occurred.
