Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Anas bin Sirin says that a woman from the family of Anas had istihada (non-menstrual bleeding). People instructed me to investigate her case. I asked Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) and he said: If she sees continuous blood, she should not pray, and if she sees purity even for a part of the day, she should perform ghusl and pray.
