في المحرم يستكره امرأته، ماذا عليه؟If a muhrim compels his wife to marital relations during ihram, what is required of him?
Hadith 13776
١٣٧٧٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا يحيى بن آدم (قال: حدثنا) (١) حماد بن سلمة عن حجاج عن عطاء في (المحرمة) (٢) يستكرهها زوجها حتى يواقع، قال: (يحجها) (٣) من ماله.
It was asked from Hazrat Ata that if a man, while in the state of ihram, forces his wife and has lawful intercourse with her, he said: He must make her perform Hajj again at his own expense.
