Hadith 13775
١٣٧٧٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن هشام عن الحسن وعطاء قالا في المحرم (إن) (١) استكره امرأته: فعليه كفارتها، فإن طاوعته فعلى كل واحد منهما كفارة.
Hasan and Hazrat Ata regarding Muharram say that if a husband forces his wife into a lawful meeting, then the expiation of the wife is also upon him, and if the wife is also consenting, then expiation is upon both.
