في المحرم يستكره امرأته، ماذا عليه؟If a muhrim compels his wife to marital relations during ihram, what is required of him?
Hadith 13774
١٣٧٧٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو خالد الأحمر عن أشعث عن الشعبي قال: (إن) (١) استكره المحرم امرأته وهي (محرمة) (٢)، فعليه بدنتان: بدنة عنه وبدنة عنها، وإن طاوعته فعلى كل واحد منهما بدنة والحج من قابل.
Hazrat Sha'bi says that if a Muhrim (person in the state of Ihram) forces his Mahram wife into a lawful meeting (intercourse), then two sacrifices are obligatory upon the man: one on his own behalf and one on behalf of his wife. And if the wife also consents, then a camel is obligatory upon each of them, and performing the Hajj again the following year is also obligatory.
