المستحاضة كيف تصنعWhat Should a Mustahadah (Woman with Irregular Bleeding) Do?
Hadith 1371
١٣٧١ - حدثنا وكيع قال حدثنا الأعمش عن المنهال عن سعيد بن جبير قال: كنت عند ابن عباس فجاءت امرأة بكتاب فقرأته فإذا فيه: إني امرأة مستحاضة وإن عليا قال: تغتسل لكل صلاة، فقال ابن عباس: ما أجد لها إلا ما قال علي (١).
Hazrat Saeed bin Jubair narrates that a woman brought a letter to Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them). I read it, and it was written in it that I am a mustahadah (a woman experiencing non-menstrual bleeding), and Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) says that a mustahadah should perform ghusl for every prayer. Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) said that my opinion in this matter is the same.
