Hadith 13683
١٣٦٨٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا علي بن مسهر عن (عبيد) (١) اللَّه عن نافع عن ابن عمر قال: لا هدي إلا ما قلد وأشعر ووقف بعرفة (٢).
Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) says that an animal is not considered for sacrifice until it is garlanded, marked, and made to stand at Arafah.
