Hadith 13655
١٣٦٥٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: (ثنا) (١) عفان قال: ثنا أبو عوانة عن يعلى بن ⦗٥٤٢⦘ عطاء عن الوليد بن عبد الرحمن عن الحارث بن عبد اللَّه بن أوس الثقفي قال: سألت عمر بن الخطاب عن المرأة تطوف بالبيت ثم تحيض، (فقال) (٢): (ليكن) (٣) آخر عهدها بالبيت، فقال الحارث: كذلك أفتاني رسول اللَّه ﷺ، فقال عمر: (آربْتَ) (٤) (عن) (٥) يديك، سألتني عن شيء سألت عنه رسول اللَّه ﷺ كيما أخالفه (٦).
Hazrat Harith bin Abdullah narrates that I asked Hazrat Umar, "If a woman gets her period after performing Tawaf?" He replied, "But her last act should be Tawaf." Hazrat Harith said, "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) told me the same." Hazrat Umar cursed him and said, "Do you ask me about something regarding which you have already asked the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), so that I might oppose him?"
