Hadith 13604
١٣٦٠٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: ثنا أبو الأحوص عن (العلاء) (١) بن المسيب قال: قال رجل لعطاء: أطرح القملة تدب علي؟ قال: نعم، (قال) (٢): (فأتقمل؟) (٣) ⦗٥٣٠⦘ قال: يكره أن (تقمل) (٤) ثيابك وأنت محرم، قال: قلت: القراد والقملة تدبّ عليّ، قال: انبذ عنك ما ليس منك.
A man asked Hazrat Ata: "If lice crawl on me, should I throw them off?" He replied: "Yes." The man then asked: "May I search for lice and kill them?" He replied: "It is disliked to search for lice in the clothes and kill them while in the state of Ihram." The narrator says: "I asked: 'If a tick or lice crawl on me, what should I do?'" He replied: "Throw it off and remove it; there is no penalty upon you."
