Hadith 13458
١٣٤٥٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: ثنا أبو خالد الأحمر عن يحيى بن سعيد عن سعيد ابن المسيب قال: من اعتمر في شوال (أو في (ذي) (١) القعدة) (٢)، ثم أقام حتى يحج فهو متمتع، عليه ما استيسر من الهدي، فمن لم يجد فصيام ثلاثة أيام (في الحج) (٣) وسبعة إذا رجع إلى أهله.
Hazrat Saeed bin Al-Musayyib says: Whoever performs Umrah in Shawwal or Dhu al-Qa'dah, then stays there and also performs Hajj, he will be counted among those who perform Hajj Tamattu'. It is obligatory for him to offer whatever sacrificial animal is available. If he does not find a sacrificial animal, then he should fast for three days during the days of Hajj and seven days after returning home.
