Hadith 13416
١٣٤١٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: ثنا غندر عن شعبة قال: سألت الحكم وحمادًا عن المحرم يتزوج (قالا) (١): لا بأس به.
Hazrat Sha’bah says that I asked Hazrat Hakam and Hazrat Hammad whether a person in the state of Ihram can perform Nikah? Both of them replied: There is no harm in it.
