Hadith 13400
١٣٤٠٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: ثنا حفص بن غياث عن همام قال: سئل الحسن عن رجل قدم مكة معتمرًا، ثم أراد أن يحج عن أمه، فقال: يخرج إلى وقته.
Hasan was asked that if a person came to Makkah to perform Umrah and then intended to perform Hajj on behalf of his mother (then from where should he enter into Ihram?) He replied that he should go to the Miqat and enter into Ihram from there, and Hazrat Ata said that he should enter into Ihram from Makkah itself.
