في المحرم يغتسل (أو يغسل) رأسهA muhrim bathing or washing his head
Hadith 13298
١٣٢٩٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: ثنا وكيع عن شعبة عن مسلم (القري) (١) قال: ⦗٤٥٤⦘ قلت لابن عباس: (أصب على رأسي) (٢) الماء (و) (٣) أنا محرم؟ قال: لا بأس (به) (٤)، إن اللَّه (تعالى) (٥) يقول: ﴿إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ التَّوَّابِينَ وَيُحِبُّ الْمُتَطَهِّرِينَ﴾ [البقرة: ٢٢٢] (٦).
Hazrat Muslim al-Qari says that I asked Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them), "Can I pour water on my head while in the state of Ihram?" He replied, "There is no harm in that. Indeed, Allah the Exalted says { اِنَّ اللّٰہَ یُحِبُّ التَّوَّابِیْنَ وَ یُحِبُّ الْمُتَطَھِّرِیْنَ } Allah the Exalted loves those who repent and those who keep themselves clean."
