في الرجل يجمع بين الحج والعمرة فيحصر ما عليه في قابل؟If someone sets out with the intention of qiran Hajj but is prevented, what is required of him the next year?
Hadith 13239
١٣٢٣٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: ثنا غندر عن شعبة عن حماد في رجل أهل بعمرة وحجة فأحصر؟ قال: (يبعث) (١) بالهدي، فإذا بلغ الهدي محله (أحل، وعليه) (٢) حجة وعمرتان.
Hazrat Hammad says regarding the person who assumes Ihram for both Hajj and Umrah together, then he is prevented, he should send a sacrificial animal (Hadi). When the Hadi reaches its place, he should come out of Ihram, and upon him are two Umrahs and one Hajj the following year. And Hazrat Hakam says, upon him are three Umrahs and one Hajj the following year.
