Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) says that by Allah’s command { مَا اسْتَیْسَرَ مِنَ الْہَدْیِ }, both inexpensive and expensive animals are included.
