Hadith 13185
١٣١٨٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: (ثنا) (١) ابن فضيل عن عبد الملك قال: سألت ⦗٤٢٨⦘ عطاء عن التلبية إذا أراد الرجل (٢) يحرم قال: إن شئت ففي دبر الصلاة، وإن شئت فإذا (انبعثت) (٣) بك (النافة) (٤) (تبدأ) (٥) حين تركب (فتقول) (٦): ﴿سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي سَخَّرَ لَنَا هَذَا وَمَا كنا لَهُ مُقْرِنِينَ﴾ [الزخرف: ١٣].
Hazrat Abdul Malik says that I asked Hazrat Ata when should a person recite the Talbiyah if he intends to enter into Ihram? He replied: If he wishes, after the obligatory prayer, and if he wishes, when his mount is brought, and when he is about to mount, he should begin and say: { سُبْحٰنَ الَّذِیْ سَخَّرَ لَنَا ہٰذَا وَمَا کُنَّا لَہٗ مُقْرِنِیْنَ }.
