Hadith 12347
١٢٣٤٧ - حدثنا محمد بن فضيل عن (ابن أبجر) (١) قال: أخبرت الشعبي بموت إبراهيم فقال: (رحمه) (٢) اللَّه أما إنه لم يخلف (خلفه) (٣) مثله، أما إنه ميتًا أفقه منه حيًا.
Hazrat Ibn Abjar says that I informed Hazrat Sha'bi of the death of Ibrahim, so he said: May Allah have mercy on him; in any case, after him there will not be anyone like him to take his place. In any case, even after his death, he is more learned in jurisprudence than the living.
